Can I first say that when this happened to me I was completely freaked out, but no one else believed it so I started to doubt it was real. By way of reading the other stories, I have NO doubt now that what I heard was a phone call from the dead.

Ok, my husband & I had just bought new cell phones & were trying them out. We had programmed new ring tones in & decided to call each other to see if they worked. We were sitting in our living room across from each other, I on one couch & he on the other. I dialed him first & waited for the ring. After a couple seconds of not hearing it I was about to say, "It's not ringing" when all of the sudden I heard this low, deep voice shout HELLO. It sounded demonic almost & angry. All along I had been looking straight at my husband & he hadn't said anything so I knew it didn't come from him! I told him what happened & he said he didn't hear anything on his phone, it had been ringing the whole time. I think he thought I had heard some kind of static & had mistaken it for a voice, but what I heard was loud & clear & still make my heart jump just remembering about it.
